Featuring a special vegetarian dinner prepared by executive Chefs Jenn & Seth from Karma Road in New Paltz .

A special vegetarian five course dinner prepared by executive Chefs Jenn & Seth from Karma Road, a famous vegetarian restaurant located in downtown New Paltz.

Price: $90.00/person
Price: for persons not having any wine or champagne - $85.00/person

Menu:

First Course:

  • Crunchy Vegetable Rolls, Peanut Sauce, White Sesame Seeds, Tamari and Chive Sauce.

Second Course:

  • Basmati Rice and Siberian Kale Burgers, Romenesco Squash and Sweet Potato Biscuits, Early Local Organic Tomatos, Herbs, Sungold Tomato Ketchup, Lemon Thyme Aioli, Dollop of Deconstructed Guacamole on the plate (hot pepper option).

Third Course:

  • Basmati Rice and Russian Kale Burger, Tromboncino Squash and Sweet Potato Biscuit, Heirloom Tomato, Herbs, Sungold Ketchup, Lemon Basil and Russian Fingerling Aioli, Deconstructed Guacamole.

Fourth Course:

  • Grilled Veggie (Tomato, onions, yellow squash), BQ Tofu Kabobs. Romano Beans & Herb Corn Polenta. 

Fifth Course:

  • Blueberry, Raspberry, and Peach Crisp Parfait, Maple Tofu Cream, Berry Sauce, Chocolate Chards.

All vegetables from Taliaferro farms. All organic dairy products from local dairy farms.
