John Vargo first time as our Farm to Table chef. Chef Vargo is currently the executive head chef of Hudson Valley Seafood. He was the chef/owner of a ground breaking farm to fork take out restaurant in the Adirondacks called The Eat’n Meet Grill and Larder. Prior to that John was the lead chef at Gadaltos in New Paltz New York.
