Come To Our Farm-To-Table Dinner on Saturday October 20, 2018
Hosted by Robin and Pete Taliaferro
A special harvest dinner featuring only seafood from Hudson Valley Seafood, prepared by corporate executive chef John Vargo, with super local beverage pairings .

John Vargo first time as our Farm to Table chef. Chef Vargo is currently the executive head chef of Hudson Valley Seafood. He was the chef/owner of a ground breaking farm to fork take out restaurant in the Adirondacks called The Eat’n Meet Grill and Larder. Prior to that John was the lead chef at Gadaltos in New Paltz New York.

First Course:

  • Great South Bay True Bluepoint Oysters, Fennel Glaçage (Brooklyn Cider Bellini).

Second Course:

  • Monkfish Foie Gras, Bacon and Leek Stew (Adair Vineyard Seyval ).

Third Course:

  • Maine Lobster Newburg, Saffron Risotto, Sundried Tomato Confit (Placid Brewing Golden Ale).

Fourth Course:

  • Barnegat Sea Scallop wrapped in Wild Fall Oyster Mushroom Duxelles and Beef Flank, Pickled Root Veggies, Tarragon Cream (Dr. Konstantin Frank Pinot Noir)

Fifth Course:

  • “This is NOT Key Lime Pie!”

All vegetables from Taliaferro farms. Fish from Hudson Valley Seafood. All organic dairy products from local dairy farms.
